Our Large Bake Box includes 10 hand-picked treats—cake slices, traybakes, cookies and more—perfect for sharing with family, treating the office, or laying out when friends come round. - Orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
3. Payment
- Full payment is required at the time of collection unless otherwise agreed.
- Payment can be in cash or card at the time of collection or delivery.
4. Delivery and Collection
- Delivery/ collection options and fees will be confirmed at the time of order.
- The Northumbrian Cake Company is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services or traffic.
- Cakes should be collected/ delivered at the agreed time; we cannot guarantee freshness if delayed.
5. Allergens and Ingredients
- All products may contain allergens including nuts, dairy, gluten and eggs.
- Customers must inform us of allergies at the time of order.
- The Northumbrian Cake Company cannot guarantee completely allergen-free products due to cross-contamination risks in a home kitchen.
6. Cancellation and Changes
- Orders can be cancelled or modified up to 48 hours before the collection/ delivery date.
- Cancellations after this period may not be refunded.
7. Product Description and Photography
- We strive to ensure products match their descriptions and photographs, but slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature of our cakes.
8. Liability
The Northumbrian Cake Company is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the consumption of our products.
9. Privacy
- Customer infomation is used only to process orders and provide our services.
- We will not share personal data with third parties without consent, except as required for delivery purposes.
